Loudoun County October Sales Flat – But Ashburn is Up!
Loudoun County home sales in the month of October were flat, according to the latest release from George Mason University Center for Regional Analysis. (You can read the full report on the Dulles Area Association of Realtors website. There were 496 closed sales which represented a decrease of .6% from October 2016.
However, Ashburn, 20147 area code, increased by 14.3%. That area code is comprised primarily of Ashburn Farm and Ashburn Village.
The average home price increased almost 5%, BUT, inventory of available homes has fallen for 28 straight months! Come on you would-be sellers, get your home listed!
