We had the absolute pleasure of working with Rich Blessing as sellers and as buyers. We were living in a townhouse and ready to expand to a single family home. When we first met with Rich to get the ball rolling, he provided us with a wealth of information and was readily able to answer all our questions.
On the selling side, Rich came to our home and spent a lot of time taking in every detail of the house. He even went above and beyond in compiling a list of comparable homes so we could have the best chance at listing and selling our home. We planned to renovate before listing, and he helped guide us to making smart decisions about how to get the most out of what we put in. Throughout the renovation period, Rich kept in touch with us and helped draw attention to the home when things were just about finished. He also jumped in to help time and time again without being asked, which we couldn’t be more grateful for. With Rich’s help and outstanding knowledge we were able to sell our townhouse, at asking price, 11 days after listing!
On the buying side, Rich took note of everything we were looking for in our new home and kept those desires in mind throughout the process, even when we changed them later on. When we went to see homes for sale, he pointed out key things to keep in mind if we were to purchase that home and asked us to rate them after touring. Rating the homes helped us realize what mattered most to us, which also helped Rich find homes to show to us. When we found our perfect home, Rich guided us through the offer contract and kept us apprised of where things stood. The buying process was painless and we are incredibly happy with our new home!
In every aspect of our interaction with Rich, he was personable, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We had complete faith in him and never felt misled; he always made sure we understood the contracts, listing details, and any paperwork that came our way. Working with Rich was, simply put, awesome! He is the best at what he does!
