First Time Home Buying Seminars

The Commonwealth of Virginia established an agency to assist first time home buyers in securing financing to purchase their first home. In order to qualify for the program, you must fist take the First Time Home Buyer Seminar, either on line or in one of the several approved facilitator centers around the state.

No Money Down Mortgage Programs

You may also qualify for the program if you purchased a home more than 3 years ago, or if you went through a divorce. To learn more about the VHDA program, click here.

Please note that we begin registration at 8:45. Instruction starts at 9 and we end in the early afternoon.
